Key Responsibilities
Support Workday HCM, including data integration, reporting, and system configuration
Develop advanced reports and maintain dashboards for accurate data and analytics
Provide end-user support, training, and documentation while managing multiple projects
Required Qualifications
High School diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred in relevant fields
Three years of HRIS experience in a high-volume Human Resources department required
Experience supporting an ERP system is required; Workday experience preferred
Technical certifications such as Workday Pro, PHR, or PMP preferred
Prior healthcare experience is a plus
