This is an excellent opportunity for a purpose-driven attorney with the desire to make a positive social impact, while maintaining competitive compensation. The incoming attorney will join an AmLaw 200 firm with a robust Affordable Housing Practice composed of 40 attorneys. The firm has completed high-impact projects, that include transforming a historic structure into a 150+ unit community for individuals with limited income. The client billable hours are extremely reasonable (1750), with flexible hybrid work arrangements. The ideal candidate will have strong foundational experience in finance, corporate law, tax, or real estate. There is a strong emphasis on mentorship and training to develop the incoming Associate into a future Partner. Legacy building is a significant priority.

Compensation DOE, $190k-$220k.
