A Day in the Life

Sun-up in Whitewater, WI. You meet the crew, review the day’s plan, and walk the site. With blueprints in hand, you help prepare the work area, set up tools, and confirm safety measures. From there, you’ll rotate through tasks that keep the project moving—site preparation, framing, and finish work—pitching in wherever you’re needed most.

As the day progresses, you’ll operate hand and power tools with care, follow building plans to the letter, and coordinate with teammates so everyone stays aligned on quality and timing. You’ll keep the site tidy, observe all safety regulations, and take on the physical side of the job—lifting materials and standing for extended periods—until the final walkthrough and cleanup.

What You’ll Do

• Support site preparation, framing, and finishing activities.

• Read and follow blueprints and building plans to deliver on client needs.
• Collaborate closely with the crew; communicate status and issues clearly.
