Overview
HR Business Partner (HRBP) role at AAON, Inc. The HRBP aligns business objectives with employees and management in designated facilities and serves as the main HR liaison for an assigned facility or function. Maintains an effective level of business literacy about production targets, financials, expansion plans, and culture.
Supervisory / Management Authority
This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities but serves as a coach and mentor for other positions in the department.

Qualifications
Education and Experience Requirements : Bachelor\'s degree in business administration or related field and 5 years of experience resolving complex employee relations issues. Working knowledge of multiple HR disciplines, including compensation practices, employee relations, diversity, performance management, and federal and state employment laws. Previous experience with Workday preferred. SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP credential or ability to obtain certification within one year of employment. MBA or master\'s degree in human relations preferred.
Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities : Excellent verbal and written communication; interpersonal and customer service skills; organizational skills and attention to detail; ability to interpret applicable laws, regulations, guidelines, and policies; understanding of organizational hierarchy, roles, and compensation practices; strong time management, analytical and problem-solving skills; proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
