Key Responsibilities

Lead solution design and executive presentations for strategic clients, establishing methodologies for proposals

Partner with sales leaders to enhance win rates and assist clients in navigating AI's role in insurance

Manage a team of Solutions Architects, fostering a collaborative workplace culture and ensuring client needs shape product development

Required Qualifications

15+ years of experience in sales and / or account management, preferably in insurance or BPO

10+ years of leadership experience managing teams

Bachelor's degree required

Demonstrated success in pre-sales strategy and client-facing leadership

Deep understanding of B2B sales cycles in insurance or related industries
