Ascension Global Staffing & Executive Search is seeking a highly skilled Corporate Attorney on behalf of our client, a leading law firm with offices in Delaware, Florida, Maryland, New Jersey, New York, and Texas .

Responsibilities :

Advise clients on a broad range of corporate matters , including mergers and acquisitions , fund formation , finance transactions , and securities law compliance .

Draft, review, and negotiate transactional documents and agreements.

Provide strategic guidance on complex corporate structuring and regulatory issues.

Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to manage and execute high-value transactions.

Qualifications :

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

3+ years of experience in corporate law, with a strong background in M&A, fund formation, finance, or securities .

Admitted to the bar in one of the following states : Delaware, Florida, Maryland, New Jersey, New York, or Texas .

Strong academic credentials.

Exceptional oral and written communication skills .

Compensation & Benefits :

Base salary ranging from $240,000 to $315,000 , commensurate with experience.
