A company is looking for an Associate Director, Scientific Affairs.
Key Responsibilities
Develop high-caliber medical and scientific content adhering to adult learning principles
Contribute to grant planning and development to meet department goals and address educational needs
Establish and maintain relationships with healthcare leaders to identify educational program needs and grant opportunities
Required Qualifications
Master's degree (PhD or PharmD preferred) in a scientific, medical, or related field
Minimum of 4 years of experience in designing and developing continuing medical education (CME / CE) activities
Experience in developing CME / CE activities supported by pharmaceutical companies or government grants
Ability to independently research, design, and develop high-quality scientific grant and medical writing
Current knowledge of the healthcare industry and experience in various disease areas such as oncology, cardiology, and more
