Job Title : Production Associate

Job Description

Join our dynamic team as a Production Associate, where you will play a crucial role in the fabrication of composite materials. This position involves hands-on work with composite fabrics, operating machinery, and ensuring quality assurance within a climate-controlled environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform hand lay-up of composite materials following blueprints and work instructions.
• Prepare molds and tools, including applying sealants and positioning composite fabrics accurately.
• Operate ovens and autoclaves for curing processes.
• Demold and inspect finished parts for quality assurance.
• Maintain documentation for material traceability.
• Follow safety protocols and cleanroom procedures.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00 / hr.
