Introduction

Join the UX / UI Designer (No-Code / Low-Code) team at Chooose , a mission‑oriented company scaling sustainable aviation fuel solutions across hard‑to‑abate sectors. With offices in Oslo and Miami and a remote workforce across the US and Europe, we are hiring a freelance designer to build digital sustainability campaigns for major airlines.

What you’ll do

  • Translate business requirements into visually engaging web‑campaign designs using brand guidelines and component libraries.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, airline customers, designers, and developers to incorporate evolving needs.
  • Implement designs with Figma and Plasmic, ensuring production quality.
  • Apply WCAG 2.1 accessibility standards to create inclusive experiences.
  • Communicate design decisions clearly to internal and external teams.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing speed, quality, and stakeholder needs.
  • Own projects from concept through delivery, meeting timelines and quality standards.

What you bring to the table

  • Experience with Figma and co‑code tools such as Plasmic, Webflow, Elementor, or similar.
  • At least 5 years of UI and interaction design work.
  • Proven implementation of WCAG 2.1 standards in front‑end work.
  • Strong native English communication skills (spoken and written).
  • Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, multi‑stakeholder environment with a high sense of ownership.
  • Previous remote work experience.
  • Availability of up to 20 hours per week with flexibility based on business needs.
  • Located in the US (East Coast time zone).
  • Nice‑to‑have’s

  • Experience with headless CMS tools (Sanity, Contentful, Strapi).
  • Agency experience balancing rapid execution with client requirements and aesthetics.
  • Customer‑facing technical role experience.
  • Basic front‑end development knowledge.
  • How to apply

Submit your resume and a portfolio link. In your cover letter, briefly describe your experience with Plasmic, Webflow, Elementor, or similar, and a project where you took full ownership from start to finish. Applications without a portfolio will not be considered.

We value diversity and believe forming teams in which everyone can be their authentic self is key to our success. We encourage people from underrepresented backgrounds and different industries to apply.
