SFMC is currently hiring for a Junior Processor.
Requirements
The Junior Loan Processor will prepare the loan files, review loan applications, and collect additional information as appropriate. Duties include :
Performing new loan set up on residential mortgage loans.Ensuring quality is consistent with all company policies and procedures as well as meeting all regulatory requirementsManaging the timeline to ensure timely receipts of all required documents, and following up with the appropriate partyService Order requests including but not limited to : appraisals, titles, tax returns, social security verifications, employment verification, deposit verification, flood certificates etc.Obtaining borrower verificationsWorking closely with internal and external contacts to highlight deficienciesMay be asked to carry small pipeline with Ops Management ApprovalAdditional assistant duties for designated Loan Officer may include :
Manage the Loan Officer(s) calendar, including follow-up, appointment setting and time blocking as appropriate.Primary point of contact for phone calls.Manage the CRM, including follow-ups with warm leads and closed loans.Pipeline management, including scheduled pipeline reviews, daily tracking and weekly status calls to customers.Utilization of designated Sales tools and reporting methods.Education and / or Work Experience Requirements :
