What you\'ll do
- Lead and scale our engineering team as we double in size this year
- Set technical vision and architecture strategy to support 10x growth
- Build and refine engineering processes, culture, and best practices
- Partner closely with product and business teams to translate company goals into technical roadmaps
- Make critical build vs. buy decisions and drive architectural choices
- Mentor engineers and establish career development frameworks
- Own system reliability, performance, and security at scale
- Recruit, interview, and onboard top engineering talent
- Balance technical debt, feature velocity, and infrastructure investments
- Drive technical decisions across our stack (Python, FastAPI, PostgreSQL, GCP, React, Tailwind)
