Full Time - Monday-Friday, competitive hours and pay!SUMMARY : We are seeking a friendly, tech-savvy Technology Concierge to join our team. This individual will serve as the first point of contact for all personal and office-related technology support, assisting with a wide range of technical needs. This role includes helping employees and guests with issues related to Spectrum TV, personal and company devices, Wi-Fi connectivity, and general troubleshooting across multiple platforms and services. ESSENTIAL DUTIES :
Models a service attitude towards others, takes ownership in solving problems and takes the initiative to make things better
Is friendly and courteous to residents, patients and co-workers
Responds to teammate and resident general IT request's Will discuss with Supervisor if further IT assistance is necessary to the next level Able to multi-task and prioritize daily assignments Maintain certain IT Technology (i.e. campus informational monitors) Report to the Director of Resident Services all unusual situations, keeping her / him informed on problems or concerns arising from IT service calls Other duties a assigned by Director of Resident ServicesMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS :
High School graduate or GED
2 years IT troubleshooting experience is preferred Ability to read, write and speak English Ability to communicate verbally and in writing, with residents, leadership, and staff Ability to both sit for extended periods of time as well as getting up frequently to walk across campus to meet residents or staff for service calls Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with high demands
Ability to maintain pleasant, caring and compassionate demeanor in stressful situations Ability to perform Essential Duties
Genuine caring for and interest in the care of mature adults, persons with disabilities and hospice patients
Ability to perform work tasks within the Physical Demand Requirements
Ability to comply with the Resident Bill of Rights and the Employee Responsibilities
Ability to comply with organizational and departmental safety policies and procedures
