Key Responsibilities
Own full-cycle recruiting and build high-signal pipelines for various roles
Partner with HR to support onboarding, offboarding, and compliance processes
Design and implement people systems to enhance talent identification and retention
Required Qualifications
4+ years in a talent-focused role with hands-on recruiting experience
2+ years in an HR or People Operations role supporting onboarding and compliance
Proven success in high-velocity recruiting environments
Strong understanding of HR systems and automation tools
SHRM certificate holders will be prioritized
