Business Reporting Analyst - Senior

Responsible for configuring dashboards, data mining, and presenting engineering data in a usable format; research and facilitate improvements to Operations & Materials groups by providing data and tools to increase productivity and efficiency of all employees; gather specific requirements and documentation from sites for related projects; assist with launching and deploying self-sufficient systems and tools for end users; construct Access databases, Excel spreadsheet templates and tools, and Crystal Reports; determine requirements for system enhancements, documentation, and interfacing with the IT team to accomplish changes; configure dashboards using spreadsheets, Google sheets and Google Data Studio; build SQL Queries using Big Query; create data using sheets and forms; responsible for tracking the capacity of the warehouse and comparing the demand values so the warehouse does not go over storage; support Inventory by suggesting consolidation techniques by using the on-hand data; utilize SQL, GCP, Google Big Query, Google Data Studio, Power BI, Python, SSIS, SSRS, Tableau, Microsoft SQL Server, and data modeling to perform duties; interact with Inbound, Outbound, Inventory, and Logistics on daily basis; responsible for creating bugs and resolving them; help the Engineering team build labor model by providing a reliable data source; build a performance tracking dashboard to track the performance of the associates on floor; build a sheet to calculate dwell times; responsible for tracking and justifying the inbound and outbound volume; work on data requests to help data driven business decision making; recommend and implement new and / or improve existing error proofing methods and technology; collect and compare time study data and systematic data to ensure accurate benchmarking to develop metrics and charting standards for multiple sites; responsible for completing projects on time at or under budget project performance; generate, develop, and validate reports and dashboards to assess business performance and metrics effectively; manage balanced scorecard needs for the enterprise, suggesting improvements to the reporting process; validate business data, analyze efficiency opportunities, and offer trending reports for metric assessments; lead projects streamlining manual processes, enhancing efficiency and effectiveness through process improvement; leverage SQL skills, ensuring accurate inventory management, demand planning, trend identification, and cost reduction; monitor KPIs using Google Data Studio, delivering actionable insights for informed stakeholder decisions; collaborate with cross-functional teams, employing SAP and WMS for smooth warehouse integration and operations; and continuously track performance, assessing risks and conducting root cause analysis to enhance supply chain performance.
