Head Coach Community Manager

About the Role

Solidcore is looking for a Head Coach who is passionate about sharing the brand and workout. Reporting to the Area Manager, the Head Coach is responsible for various tasks that support the studio’s success and solidcore’s mission to be the fastest growing boutique fitness studio.

Base Pay Range

$55,000.00 / yr - $63,000.00 / yr

Responsibilities

Serve as the studio’s lead coach, delivering a full schedule of 11+ classes per week.

Lead coach development, providing informal and formal feedback and supporting new coach training.

Deliver a best‑in‑class fitness and customer service experience consistent with solidcore standards.

Meet company utilization and retention expectations on an individual and studio level.

Assist with day‑to‑day studio operations and execute routine operational tasks including ordering supplies and maintaining sales logs.

Lead outreach and marketing efforts to scout new clients and create long‑term community partnerships.

Respond promptly and effectively to client requests and resolve concerns.

Maintain product knowledge for all studio retail operations, including class packages, promotions, and apparel.

Ensure the studio and equipment remain impeccable and fully‑functioning at all times.

Other duties and projects as assigned.

Qualifications

Permanent, exempt, full‑time position expected 40 hours per week (including classes coached).

Flexible and variable availability including weekends & holidays with ability to accommodate coach training schedules.

Ability to lift / carry a minimum of 30 pounds.

Proficiency in g‑Suite and MS Office, specifically Excel and Google Sheets.

Skills & Experience

1-2 years prior group fitness experience.

Optimism, hard work and love for health, fitness and the solidcore workout.

Compensation & Benefits

Compensation Range : $55,000-63,000.00 per year.
