GEP Client Account Manager
At GEP, we don't just win new clientswe grow with them. The Client Account Manager is responsible for driving account expansion across GEP's existing customer base. This role focuses exclusively on identifying and closing new opportunities within current accounts, selling additional modules, solutions, and services to deepen client impact. Responsibilities :
- Drive Expansion Sales : Own the growth strategy within existing accounts by selling additional modules and solutions that align with client needs.
- Identify & Develop Opportunities : Partner with Customer Success and Delivery teams to uncover unmet needs and translate them into expansion opportunities.
- Consultative Selling : Act as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders, demonstrating the value of expanding GEP's solutions within their business.
- Quota Ownership : Manage a defined revenue target focused exclusively on expansion within the install base.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally : Work closely with Sales, Solution Design, and Product to ensure client challenges are addressed with the right solutions.
- Executive Engagement : Lead conversations with senior stakeholders to position GEP's capabilities and secure buy-in for growth initiatives.
Qualifications :
5+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience, preferably in procurement, supply chain, or related industries.Proven track record of driving expansion sales, upsell, or cross-sell within existing accounts.Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to influence executive-level decision-makers.Solid understanding of enterprise sales cycles and value-based selling approaches.Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Self-starter mentality with the ability to manage multiple accounts and opportunities simultaneously.Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree a plus.Salary Range : $130,000 $150,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
Additional Compensation : Eligible for commission based on individual sales performance
