As a Client Architect, you are the technical advisor for key NTT clients. Client Architects are technology leaders who can demonstrate a deep understanding of various technical concepts while guiding customers through their Cloud Transformation Journey. To be successful in this role, you must possess a unique blend of technical skills, business acumen and have a history of managing the technical relationship with Enterprise Accounts.

The ideal candidate will have a forward thinking approach in everything that they do, looking for those next steps to help ensure the success of the client and NTT.

Key Responsibilities :

Strategic Cloud Architecture & Planning :

• Design and architect Azure-based solutions ensuring high availability, scalability, performance, and reliability.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions using Azure services such as Azure Virtual Network, Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), Azure Functions, and Azure DevOps.
• Develop and maintain strategic cloud roadmaps, ensuring alignment with industry standards and NTT's best practices.
• Drive capacity planning and performance optimization across Azure environments.
• Provide oversight and advising to support teams in the event of incidents, outages, or escalations.
