Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Research Associate to support the characterization, formulation, and stability testing of vaccine candidates. This role includes routine biophysical and biochemical testing of drug substances (DS) and drug products (DP), method development for protein and nanoparticle analysis, and preparation of technical documentation for decision-making. The successful candidate will generate high-quality data and clearly communicate findings to project managers and technical leads.

The annual base salary (or hourly wage) for this position falls within the range of $87,650.00 - $113,950.00. However, the actual base pay offered may vary based on several individualized factors, such as market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Novavax offers a base salary, annual bonus, equity grants, professional career development / growth opportunities, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, Rx, STD, LTD, Life, Optional Life, 401(k) plan.
