As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a leading healthcare location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help create a secure and welcoming environment for patients, visitors, and staff. Position Type : Part Time

Pay Rate : $16.00 / Hour

Job Schedule :

DayTime Thur 06 : 00 AM - 02 : 00 PM

Fri 06 : 00 AM - 02 : 00 PM

Sat 06 : 00 AM - 02 : 00 PM

What You'll Do :

Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities :

Provide customer service to clients, staff, patients, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, including emergency response activities as appropriate.

Respond to incidents and critical situations within the healthcare location in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.

Observe and report any unusual activity or security-related issues to the appropriate Allied Universal personnel and / or site management.

Assist with access control by monitoring entrances, exits, and restricted areas, verifying identification, and helping to maintain a secure environment.

Support the enforcement of site policies and procedures, including those related to healthcare regulations and privacy.

Collaborate with healthcare staff and Allied Universal team members to address security-related needs and provide a welcoming presence.

What We're Looking For :

Availability across various days and shifts

Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments

A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company

Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available

Minimum Requirements :

Customer service experience is preferred.

CPR certification is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
