Venture Global LNG ("Venture Global") is a long-term, low-cost provider of American-produced liquefied natural gas. The company's two Louisiana-based export projects service the global demand for North American natural gas and support the long-term development of clean and reliable North American energy supplies. Using reliable, proven technology in an innovative plant design configuration, Venture Global's modular, mid-scale plant design will replace traditional designs as it allows for the same efficiency and operational reliability at significantly lower capital cost.

We are seeking qualified applicants for the position of Operations Projects Project Lead.

Location : Venture Global Plaquemines Parish Liquefied Natural Gas (PLNG) facility in Point Celeste, Louisiana

General Description :

The Operations Projects Project Lead reports to the Shutdown Turnaround Outage (STO) Director and is responsible for managing the Execution Resources required to complete Operations Project work at Venture Global Plaquemines Liquefied Natural Gas (PLNG) facility. The Operations Projects Project Lead is responsible for the oversight of all traditional Owner-side Construction Management functions; Directing all Brown-field contracts executed under a self-directed model (Scaffold, Insulation, heavy lift, single discipline Specialty Works, Vendor site support), and providing Owner field administration for all General Contracts. Focal points for the position will be :

• An incident free environment, wherever Project works are carried out
• An open and supportive culture in the field, encouraging input, collaboration, and intervention.
• Contractor compliance with all Facility, Design, and Regulatory Specifications and Standards
• Efficient Contractor performance relative to cost and schedule
• Establishment and ownership of field communication workflows such as RFI, FWI, NCR, FCN, etc. which predominantly involve Contractors
• Ownership of effectiveness of field communication workflows involving Facility Operations such as MOC, Permit Processes, PSSRs etc.
• Clarity of technical communications to and from field contractors
