Account Manager

Pay Range : $55000 - $65000 / annum + Incentives. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute an account strategy to expand staffing services across departments
• Partner with recruiting teams to ensure the timely delivery of qualified professionals
• Conduct regular check-ins with hiring managers to assess satisfaction and forecast hiring needs
• Identify new opportunities within the client ecosystem and present value-added solutions
• Drive revenue growth through new project wins, upselling, and client retention.
