Financial Analyst - Healthcare

Homeland is excited to partner with a leading healthcare provider in the Havasu region to hire a talented Financial Analyst ! This is an incredible opportunity to join a growing healthcare finance team where your work as a Financial Analyst will make a direct impact on hospital and physician practice operations.

In this role, you'll collaborate closely with leadership, gain hands-on experience in healthcare finance, and build the foundation for long-term career growth. We're looking for a dependable, motivated, and career-driven Financial Analyst who is eager to learn and passionate about supporting the future of healthcare finance.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver monthly financial and operational reports
• Complete provider bonus analyses and support accrual / payment processing
• Assist with the preparation of the Monthly Operations Report (MOR)
• Develop monthly financial packets for each COID, present at meetings, and document outcomes
• Educate providers on financial statements, wRVU reports, bonus structures, and related financial topics
• Support annual budgeting and ongoing variance analysis
• Assist with month-end close processes, including account reconciliations
• Collaborate with the CFO and finance team to ensure accurate financial postings
• Maintain spreadsheets for physician contracts, employment agreements, and building leases
• Provide financial analysis to support performance improvements and evaluation of new business opportunities
