• Generous PTO\n\nNOW HIRING : Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor : \n\nResponsibilities of an RN Supervisor : \n
• Provide directive and supportive consultation to Facility nursing staff.\n
• Works with Director of Nursing Services to coordinate training. Educates and monitors activities.\n
• Works with Facility for problem solving when needs arise in areas such as monitoring resident care delivery systems, recommending medication delivery systems and ordering schedules, training on use of forms and systems monitoring implementation of standards of care.\n
• Evaluates Care Plans and training\n
• Evaluates pressure sores and treatments and makes recommendations\n
• Trains and monitors all nursing policies and procedures.\n
• Works with Facility committees on policies and procedures, program development and in-servicing\n
• Keeps current and is knowledgeable of new regulations, directives, and QA manual material in order to accurately relay and interpret the information.\n
• RN Supervisor Qualifications : \n
• Active PA Registered Nurse (RN) license required\n
• Previous experience in supervisory role in LTC setting preferred
