Strong written and verbal communication skills and excellent public relation skills. The ability to work late and / or flexible hours. Lending experience with an emphasis in consumer real estate.
CONSUMER LOAN UNDERWRITER
Job Overview : The candidate for this position will assist in organizing consumer loan packages for internal underwriting, while adhering to regulatory compliance requirements.
The candidate for this position will be responsible for :
- Analyzing credit reports, approving or denying loan applications, and marketing additional Fidelity Bank products and services to our customers.
- Daily interaction with internal customers to convey credit decisions, review necessary documentation and arrange loan closings while making sound credit decisions.
