We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Permanent Commercial Construction Project Manager to join our team. This role will be key in overseeing and directing commercial construction projects from conception to completion, reviewing the project in-depth to schedule deliverables, and estimating costs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial construction, with a keen eye for quality control and budget management. Responsibilities :

As a Commercial Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for a wide range of critical tasks, including :

• Overseeing all aspects of construction project management from planning to implementation.
• Allocating resources for assigned projects.
• Supervising onsite personnel and subcontractors.
• Negotiating with contractors to receive reasonable order costs.
• Maintaining high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications.
• Preparing internal and external reports pertaining to job status.
• Planning ahead to prevent problems and resolve any emerging ones.
• Analyzing, managing, and mitigating risks.
• Ensuring quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques.
• Managing the budget and estimate costs.
• Ensuring all legal requirements, building and safety codes, safety inspections, city guidelines, and local and state regulations are met.
