Closing Coordinator

A company is looking for a Closing Coordinator (Wholesale).

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and review loan and legal documents for accuracy and compliance

Coordinate communication among clients, brokers, lenders, and attorneys throughout the closing process

Manage closing schedules and address any issues that arise during the closing

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience

2+ years of mortgage loan closing experience

Knowledge of different mortgage loan types, including FHA and VA

Ability to work productively from home in a fast-paced environment

Comfortable interacting with clients tactfully
