Job Description :

Speech therapists develop treatment plans to improve swallowing, cognitive, and communication abilities, and to decrease aspiration risks. Communication treatment plans may include techniques that help individuals to be better understood and improve their ability to understand others.

The SLP will lead, guide, and direct the delivery of speech language pathology and audiology services in the facility in accordance with local, state, and federal regulations, standards, and facility policies to ensure appropriate care and services to residents.

Submission Requirements :

2 years of SLP experience – Required

TX License or Compact License – Required
