Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field
7+ years of management experience in procurement and subcontracting
Extensive knowledge of subcontracting activities in federal aviation, engineering, and construction
Experience with award or incentive fee contracts
Proven ability to lead teams effectively
