Required Qualifications
4+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, particularly in Engineering and Sales
2+ years of experience scaling early teams in a startup environment
Strong experience in sourcing and building passive talent networks
Ability to influence stakeholders and find mutually beneficial solutions
Highly organized and adaptable to the dynamic nature of early-stage startups
