A company is looking for a Technical Support Phone Agent (remote).
Key Responsibilities
Perform preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of patient and non-patient care equipment / applications
Document routine maintenance and assist with inventory management for equipment and parts
Provide technical in-service education for staff and support emergency issues as needed
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field preferred
Experience in technical support or related field is preferred
Ability to lift / carry up to 35 lbs and work in patient care areas independently
Must have reliable personal transportation for travel between facilities
Must meet requirements for Defensive Driving Class and Motor Vehicle Report screening
