Hospitalist Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant(NP)

StartDate : ASAP Available Shifts : Night 12 Pay Rate : $104.76 - $113.40

This facility is seeking a Hospitalist Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant(NP) for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details and requirements for this opportunity :

• Schedule : 7p-7a. Five or more shifts per month.
• Procedures required : General Hospitalist
• Electronic Medical Record (EMR) : EPIC
• Credentialing Timeframe : 90 Days
• Must be Board Certified with Active OH license
• Must have an active Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA)
