POSITION : Intelligence Project Engineer

LOCATION : Tampa, FL

STATUS : Full time Contingent Hire

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS :

• Education : Bachelors Degree in Engineering (Systems, Electrical, or Computer), Computer Science, Information Technology, Intelligence Studies, or a related technical field.
• Experience : Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in systems engineering, intelligence systems integration, or C4ISR project management, with at least 5 years supporting Combatant Command or Service-level intelligence operations.
• Certification : Must be able to meet COMSEC briefing and Local Element management certification requirements available under the OPNAVINST 2201.4, DoD Instruction 8523.01 and Air Force Manual 17-1301.
• Citizenship and Clearance : US. Citizen with Active Top Secret / SCI Clearance without conditions, exceptions, or waivers. Valid US Passport is required.
• Travel : Ability and willingness to travel domestically and internationally to support conferences, technology demonstrations, and operational planning events.
• Skills : Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to brief senior leaders and interagency / coalition representatives persuasively. Ability to work independently with considerable latitude for initiative and innovation while ensuring technical soundness and compliance with DoD / USMC standards.
