Since opening our doors in 2001, we've grown from a modest trailer operation into a state-of-the-art facility adjacent to the JCB North American Headquarters. We offer a full range of new and used construction equipment, rentals, parts, and service solutions all backed by our signature Rapid Response Service and unwavering commitment to customer support.

What Youll Do

Lead the dealership to exceed performance targets and growth objectives

Who You Are

A positive, inspirational leader with a proven track record of driving change

Business-savvy and passionate about delivering results

Skilled in communication and team building

Experienced in the automotive or heavy equipment industry (preferred)

Experience with CRM systems and modern tech tools
