• Full Time Mids (3p-3a)\n\nKey Responsibilities\n
• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care\n
• Coordinate care for a group of assigned patients in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams\n
• Delegate and supervise care tasks to other staff\n
• Proactively consult with healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes\n
• Adhere to all hospital policies, procedures, and professional standards\n\nWhat We're Looking For\n
