The PT will work with a geriatric population to improve mobility, strength, and overall quality of life through targeted therapy interventions. Responsibilities Perform patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans Improve functional mobility and independence in daily activities Provide therapeutic exercises and mobility training Document patient progress and maintain clinical records Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team Ensure compliance with state and federal therapy guidelines Requirements Required : Active PT license in Missouri Long Term Care or Skilled Nursing Facility experience Preferred : 2 years of Physical Therapy experience Knowledge of SNF rehab regulations Strong communication and clinical assessment skills Why Join Us?
