We are looking for an experienced Recruiter with a strong background in full-cycle recruiting and sourcing to join our team on a contract basis. This role is integral to identifying top talent and meeting hiring goals for a manufacturing company located in Bloomington, Minnesota. Responsibilities :

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent in the manufacturing industry.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide guidance on recruitment best practices.
• Utilize applicant tracking systems to maintain accurate records and streamline the hiring process.
• Conduct high-volume recruitment efforts to meet tight deadlines and hiring goals.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of candidates with relevant experience for current and future openings.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies throughout the recruitment process.
• Leverage the Workday platform to manage candidate information and enhance recruitment operations.
• Create and post job advertisements that effectively target desired candidate profiles.
• Monitor recruitment metrics and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• At least 3 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably in a corporate setting.
• Proficiency in sourcing strategies and high-volume recruitment methods.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment platforms such as Workday.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with hiring managers and candidates.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations related to recruitment.
• Experience in recruiting for the manufacturing industry is a plus.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
