Key Responsibilities
Own and expand client relationships with enterprise wellness clients
Drive revenue growth by converting POCs, securing upsells, and achieving NRR goals
Ensure customer retention and success through exceptional account management
Required Qualifications
Proven ability to renew and expand contracts of $500K+ ARR
Strong understanding of the wellness industry
Experience in strategic marketing and omnichannel engagement strategies
Experience working with VP / C-level stakeholders at enterprise customers
Ability to operate with a consultative mindset
