Project Coordinator
Responsibilities
- Assist Project Management personnel with day to day project tasks.
- Assist with preparation and maintenance of schedule of values.
- Prepare draft invoices and requisitions.
- General contract administration.
- Requisition for materials and services.
- Prepare minutes of meetings.
- Manage subcontracts.
- Maintain and organize project documentation through ProjectWise, Vision or other software as required.
- Track status of work plans and deliverables for projects.
- Assist in preparation and updating of Project Schedules.
Qualifications
Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.High levels of discretion and judgment in interpersonal and business matters.Resourceful team-player with the ability to work independently.Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion.Client-focused and deadline-driven.Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $28.00 / hr.
