A leading organization in the education sector is seeking an experienced Office Assistant to support senior-level administrators. This role involves managing daily office operations, coordinating schedules, preparing correspondence and reports, handling confidential information, and serving as a key point of contact for staff and the public.
Responsibilities include :
Providing high-level administrative and executive support
Managing calendars, meetings, and correspondence
Preparing reports, maintaining confidential records, and organizing events
Using Microsoft Office and database applications to complete daily tasks
Overseeing and guiding clerical staff as needed
Qualifications :
5+ years of administrative or executive support experience
Strong communication, organization, and computer skills
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
Experience in an educational or public sector environment is a plus
Schedule : Full-time, on-site
Compensation : Commensurate with experience
