Servers Thanksgiving Day Buffet

Position :

• Looking for Catering, Banquet Servers For One Day 12 Hour Shift
• We Offer a Thanksgiving Buffet On Thanksgiving Day
• Must be Able to Be On Your Feet, Climbing Stairs for at Least 10 Hours
• Guests Reservations Start at 11am, Stop Seating at 7pm
• Salary for Whole Shift, will Include Three 15 Minute Breaks
• Includes a Full Thanksgiving  Meal After Shift

Must Wear Banquet or Catering Attire. Must Have Black Nylon Pants, White Button Up Collar Shirt, Black Bow Tie Or Black Long Tie, Vest is Optional, Black Shoes

Shift On Thanksgiving Day Starts 9am ends at 9pm

Set Up Dining Room. Help Set up Buffet

Make Coffees, and Teas

Traditional Thanksgiving Dinner with a Few Seafood Items

Serving Guests with a Set Price Not Including Beverages

Buffet Setting, Must be able to Serve Alcohol

Must Attend Meetings (2) to Prepare You for Buffet Food Options  and Information For Guests

Must be Comfortable Using POS System To Accommodate Guest Payments

Will Train and Will Have Computer Help On Hand That Day

Tipped Position Great Tips On Holidays. Must Tip Out Bartender For Alcoholic Beverages and Bus Person For Food Sales

Buffet Costs $40 Per Person, Guests Reservation Max at 145 Guests
