Base pay range

$150,000.00 / yr - $190,000.00 / yr

This Long Island shop that's growing fast offers a competitive comp plan for Sr Civil Estimators with 7+ years exp...

• $150-$190K base
• 401k with contribution (after one year)
• Profit sharing (after one year)
• Annual raises

We're looking for someone with 7+ years experience bidding paving projects (concrete and drainage exp a definite plus). Beyond that, looking for someone who takes extreme ownership of their work and helps us win profitable work.
