Strategic Initiatives Manager

This individual will be responsible for developing and executing strategic initiatives related to Stop Loss (SL) broker compensation and analytics. This role will play a critical part in shaping the SL broker compensation strategy, leading stewardship meetings, and performing robust analytics to evaluate broker level experience and inform future compensation strategies. The position requires strong communication skills, analytical skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to collaborate across teams to drive impactful outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and propose the Stop Loss broker compensation strategy
• Lead SL-specific stewardship meetings with external brokers
• Perform comprehensive SL broker analytics
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership
• Maintain documentation and reporting related to SL broker performance and compensation

Qualifications

If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download / 5Mbps upload. For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 127,300 - 212,100 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location. This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus and long term incentive plan.
