Software Engineering Manager

A company is looking for a Software Engineering Manager (Virtual) to lead engineering and technical activities in embedded software development.

Key Responsibilities

Manage employees performing engineering and technical activities in low-level, embedded software engineering

Develop and execute project and process plans while implementing policies and setting operational goals

Build and maintain relationships with customers, stakeholders, and team members while providing oversight on technical approaches and processes

Required Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of experience in leading or managing software engineering activities

Minimum 5 years of experience with the software development life cycle

Bachelor of Science degree in computer engineering, computer science, electrical engineering, or equivalent experience (preferred)

Experience managing and developing a team, providing guidance and mentorship

Strong background in low-level, embedded software engineering
