Mobility & Immigration Specialist
Rockwool is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Mobility & Immigration Specialist, based on-site at our Chicago, IL office (60638), to support our employees' international assignments, relocations, and immigration needs for North America. This role plays a critical part in ensuring smooth mobility processes, compliance with immigration regulations, and a positive employee experience for colleagues relocating or traveling for business. This is a hybrid role, in the office Mon. through Thurs. with a work from home option on Fri.
Partner closely with employees, managers, HR Business Partners, and external vendors (e.g., relocation providers, immigration counsel) to provide guidance, coordinate documentation, and manage cases from intake through successful completion.

What We Offer
The salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $90,000.00. Your salary is determined based on location, experience and the pay of employees in similar positions.
