About The Position

Job Title : GI Lab RN

Profession : Nursing

Shift : 6 : 30 AM - 5 : 00 PM

Hours per Shift : 10 hours

Experience : Minimum of 2 years of experience within specialty.

License : Required BLS

Certifications : ACLS

Must-Have :

• Minimum of 2 years of experience within specialty.

• ACLS.

Description :

The role involves performing multiple types of GI and pulmonary interventional procedures.

Procedures include colonoscopies, EGD, bronchoscopies, and feeding tube placement.

Additional procedures include ERCP, EBUS, GI bleeds, flex sig, foreign body retrieval, and navigation bronch.

Other essential tasks involve variceal banding, Bravo manometry, and capsule endoscopy.

The candidate must work 2 major holidays : Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, and New Year's Day.

Additionally, the candidate is required to work 1 minor holiday : Day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, or New Year's Eve.
