Position : Senior Clinical Supervisor
Location : San Ramon, CA
Reports To : Regional Director
Position Overview
The Senior Clinical Supervisor plays a key leadership role within the clinical team, overseeing the quality and consistency of behavioral services provided across home, clinic, and school settings. This position provides mentorship and supervision to Clinical Supervisors and Behavior Interventionists, ensuring the highest standards of clinical care and compliance with ethical and professional guidelines. The Senior Clinical Supervisor collaborates with families, interdisciplinary teams, and administrative staff to develop and implement effective, evidence-based programs that promote skill development, independence, and positive client outcomes.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Strong understanding of ABA principles, behavior assessment tools, and evidence-based intervention strategies.
- Ability to lead, mentor, and motivate diverse teams with professionalism and empathy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail and clinical accuracy.
- Ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining quality and timeliness.
- Skilled in conflict resolution and collaborative problem-solving.
- Proficiency with electronic data systems such as CentralReach, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace.
- Demonstrated commitment to ethical practice and compliance with HIPAA and BACB Code of Ethics.
Qualifications
Required :
Required : BCBA-D, BCBA, LMFT, or LCSW certification.Clear DOJ / FBI background checkValid driver’s license, reliable transportation, current auto insurance, and willingness to travel locally between client sites.Required immunizations :○ MMR (Measles, Mumps, Rubella)
○ Tdap (Tetanus, Diphtheria, Pertussis)
○ Varicella (chicken pox)
○ Hep B
○ TB (within 4 years)
Current CPR certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire).Completion and maintenance of all required certifications and training as directed by the organization.Minimum 3 years of experience providing behavioral services, including supervisory responsibilities.Experience working with children and adolescents with developmental or behavioral challenges.Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and organizational skills.Benefits :
