Job Description

RIGHTSTONE is hiring, we are seeking reliable and hardworking General Laborers to support daily warehouse and production operations in Hawkins Texas 75765. This is a full-time, 3-month temporary role paying $18 / hour. Ideal candidates will be comfortable working in a physically demanding environment, capable of lifting up to 50 lbs., and operate forklift. Previous general labor, warehouse, or manufacturing experience is a plus but not required. APPLY NOW!

Shift Detail : 6 PM-6 AM

Required : Steel toe shoes / boots

Job Description :

Operate assigned machinery or equipment safely and efficiently as directed
Perform physical loading and unloading of materials in a productive manner
Operate material handling equipment (if assigned) to support production and logistics
Conduct visual quality checks on products to ensure they meet standards
Follow all safety policies and procedures, including proper use of required PPE
Ensure machine guards and safety features are properly in place and functioning
Maintain cleanliness and perform general housekeeping duties in the work area
Assist with the loading and unloading of raw materials and finished goods
Follow all site-specific rules, protocols, and supervisor instructions
Complete additional tasks or assignments as needed to support operations

Job Qualifications :

Must be 18 years of age or older.

Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, carrying, loading, and unloading materials

Must follow safety procedures and wear all required PPE (including steel toe footwear)

Able to take direction and complete tasks with minimal supervision

Attention to detail, especially during inspections and quality checks

Willingness to work in a physically demanding environment (standing, walking, lifting)

Dependable, punctual, and able to maintain strong attendance

Prior experience in general labor, manufacturing, or warehouse settings is a plus

Comfortable working around machinery or material handling equipment (training provided if needed).
