Position Summary :
We are seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner to lead the establishment of comprehensive women's health services in Big Bear, CA. This unique opportunity allows for the development of a program from the ground up, supported by a mission-driven, experienced organization. The ideal candidate will be passionate about rural healthcare, with a strong background in women's health across the lifespan.
Qualifications :
- Current Nurse Practitioner license (FNP, WHNP, or dual CNM / FNP preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in women's health
- Training in or willingness to be trained in :
- Long-acting reversible contraception (LARC)
- Hormone replacement therapy (HRT) for menopause and midlife care
- Spanish language proficiency preferred
NOTE : If dual NP / CNM, we would be on the higher end of the salary range
