Senior Accountant (Santa Ana)

Pay : $34.00 - $35.00 per hour

Join our dynamic finance team as a Senior Accountant, where you will play a crucial role in financial reporting, analysis, budgeting, and forecasting. Bring your expertise in margin analysis, process efficiency development, and financial modeling to contribute to the success of our organization.

Essential Functions :

Assist in financial close processes, monthly reporting, and analysis

Conduct margin analysis across multiple jobs & product lines for risk assessment and identification of opportunities

Collaborate in the development of process efficiencies and standardization of systems

Prepare and analyze actual financial results, comparing them to historical performance and budget

Monitor performance indicators, analyze trends, and identify causes of unexpected variance

Knowledge and Critical Skills / Expertise :

Familiarity with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems

Intermediate / Advanced Excel competency

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality

Proactive with strong multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment
