Seasonal Customer Service Representative

A company is looking for a Seasonal Outbound Customer Service Representative to conduct scripted surveys from home.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct outbound calls to gather customer opinions and document responses

Provide scripted information to customers during calls

Utilize multiple systems while communicating with customers

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required

Ability to type 25 words per minute

Intermediate / advanced technical proficiency

Open availability for the duration of the season

Must have a PC or laptop running Windows 10 and a dedicated workspace
